These questions and answers are based on my experience with Aisle19 and Escape International. They are not necessarily official company policy but are the result of my own experiences.
- 1. When will I see my purchases in the My Account / Account Activity section of my Aisle 19 storefront?
- -- On or around the 15th of every month, purchases made through your Ayopah account from the previous month will be loaded into your Ayopah Account Activity report.
- 2. When will I see my purchases’ info in Escape’s Back Office
- -- On or around the 20th of every month, those same purchases from the previous month will appear in your Escape Back office with the corresponding Bonus and Qualifying Volume. Your transactions can be viewed in your Escape Back Office by selecting ORDERS where they will be listed under CUSTOMER ORDERS. (Transactions can also be viewed by selecting CUSTOMERS in your Escape Back Office.)
- 3. When will commissions be paid?
- -- Mall Owner Cash Back, and Fast Start Commissions will be paid on the first Friday after the transactions appear in your Escape Back Office.
- 4. It is the 25th of the month and I still don't see last month’s activity data. What should I do?

- 5. How do I get my discounts from the Special Incentive Stores?
- -- Makaila Morgan, Xmetri and Xynchro are the original Escape International merchants. They do not offer "Cash Back", like the Aisle19 Stores. Instead, they offer up-front discounts on your purchases. Do not shop these stores from the Aisle19 store-front. In order to get your discount you have to log in to the Escape International webpage and enter your log-on and password at the upper-right portion of the screen. Then at the bottom of the Back Office page, click on the "Order Online" link. This page will show you the products available from these merchants as well as promotional material. You will see your cost based on your status as well as the Bonus Value of the items available.
- 6. What is "Preferred Membership"?
- -- Preferred membership is an optional selection that will increase your discount percentage. Wholesale membership is free. Preferred membership has a small fee. For details, check out Section 2 of the Escape International Compensation Plan
- 7. What are the different Bonus Volume categories?
- -- BV is Bonus Volume. It is the volume us earn from your own purchases anbd determines your commission levels. For the Aisle19 stores, it is the same amount as your Cash Back amount. For the Special Incentive Stores, BV is usually the same as the price you pay for a product. This is dollar-for-dollar volume.
-- QV is Qualifying Volume. This helps you maintain your rank in the company.
-- PQV is Personal Qualifying Volume. This is the amount of QV you produce personally.
-- GQV is Group Qualifying Volume. this the total amount of QV produced by you and you Ripple Effect.
- 8. I can’t hear the recorded Conference Calls over the phone. When I call in, and enter the PIN and session number, I get a message that says the call is complete.
- --This is a known problem and a fix is being researched. In the meantime, you can hear the calls online. Go to the company media page and click the calls you want to listen to.
